America in the 21st Century:
A Christian Survey By the American Heritage Alliance Inc.

Hello my dear friend and fellow Christian!
We need your help in a most important way! If you are able to take the time, I would greatly appreciate your help with the following online survey. The American Heritage Alliance and The Nehemiah Ministry is attempting to help restore the Christian Heritage and values of our great nation to that of our Founding Fathers and more importantly, to those taught and commanded us by our Lord and Savior. We believe the Lord is expecting and requiring a "work" of great value out of His "church" in this time and we would like to help assist in that mission.

Is it possible that the "church" wants to be more effective in our nation, culture and faithfulness in obeying the Lord's mandate to us, but we struggle with the "how to?" We believe this is the case!

That is the gap we are attempting to help fill- in assisting the Christian community in becoming "energized" and educated as regards many issues such as Christian student and parent rights; how to be more effective as Christians in influencing the culture; how to hold our government, and politicians, all levels, accountable to higher standards; how to hold our school administrations and school boards accountable; providing the information, resources and tools needed to move this vision forward; and in encouraging the Christian voice and body (you and me!) with news and information that will indicate to us all - that God is faithful when we are!

The attached survey is very important to this mission and your answers and opinions as to America's current situation are needed. There are no "Right or Wrong" answers! If you would complete this questionnaire to the best of your ability without research or assistance from anyone or any source, we will greatly appreciate it. The survey takes about 30 minutes to complete. You may want to complete it in several sections, please submit each section if you cannot complete it all at one time (submit button at bottom of each of 3 sections). Please don't give up- we need you! If you have a spouse, please complete the survey separately without comparing notes or answers. We believe it will be most interesting to you to compare answers after completing. (If you send your email address we will send your survey results back to you.) We are attempting to find out where our efforts and resources can most effectively be applied and where the greatest needs are at this time to assist he "body of Christ."

We are gathering information so that we can help those who "feel the call" and would like assistance in restoring our Christian voice to this great nation. Time is of the essence Christian. We all have a great obligation and responsibility!

This information on opinions of Christians is important to our study and individual opinions will remain confidential if your name is given.

The purpose of this survey is to find out what and how committed Christians know and feel about certain issues so that we may be more effective in educating, communicating, exhorting, supporting and persevering in fulfilling our mission and vision on behalf of serving our Lord and our nation. Please give your first thought on any question and if you feel you don't have an accurate answer, simply give an estimate without researching or asking others. This is simply a tool to assist us in knowing where to apply our efforts more effectively.

We will be informing you on our progress and the message we are receiving from fellow Christians in this survey and other communications.

Thank you for your time and concern. May God Bless America and may He bless you for your faithfulness!
